The Pakistan Cricket Board will be incurring heavy losses with the Champions Trophy final all set to be held in Dubai on Sunday. PCB's plans to host the Champions Trophy including the final in Lahore did not as per plans.

With Pakistan already out of the tournament, the final of the tournament will also be played outside the country. The BCCI had previously refused to send the team to Pakistan that meant that all of India's matches were held in Dubai. With them qualifying for the final, the summit clash of the tournament will now be played in Dubai as well.

Now, with the final also being played outside the country, the PCB is all to incur heavy losses. According to news agency PTI, the ICC had approved a budget of around Rs 586 crore for the Champions Trophy. Each match had an estimated total of 39 crores to be spent. Pakistan have already suffered a loss of 156 crores for 4 matches with them not being held in the country.
