The third India U-19 vs England U-19 youth ODI will be played at the County Ground in Northampton from 3:30 PM IST on July 2. So far, two games have been played of this five-match Youth ODI series.
India U-19 won the match by six wickets at Hove, followed by England U-19 coming back in the second ODI and winning it by one wicket. Skipper Thomas Rew's knock of 131 runs off 89 deliveries was pivotal to England U-19 chasing a mammoth score of 291 runs.
Each team has won one game in the first two matches. This has set up the third ODI and the rest of the series beautifully. So far, the first two games have been played with great intent and competitiveness. India bowled out England for a score below 200 in the first ODI. The hosts came back and chased down 291 runs in the second ODI.

India U19 vs England U19: Match Preview
The two teams will be playing the third ODI at the County Ground in Northampton. The second ODI was played at the same venue, with India U-19 scoring 290 runs and England U-19 chasing the score down. Thus, this proves that the wicket is very good for batting, and thus the team batting first should be eyeing a score above 300 runs.
Ayush Mhatre, the India U-19 skipper, was dismissed for a first-ball duck. Vaibhav Suryavanshi, his opening partner, scored 45 crucial runs. However, the onus will be on India's top two to give them a good start, irrespective of the team batting first or second. The middle and the lower-order came up with crucial contributions, and they will need to do it in the third ODI as well. The team that wins the third ODI will get an upper hand in the series, with the losing team needing to win both the last two games.
