Maharashtra batter Prithvi Shaw has made headlines with a commanding century against his former team Mumbai in a pre-season warm-up match, ahead of the 2025–26 Ranji Trophy.

Shaw Reflects on Comeback Journey: "I Don’t Mind Starting From Scratch"
Shaw, who had earlier marked his return with a century in the Buchi Babu tournament, spoke openly about his mindset and determination to rebuild his career from scratch.
"I don't mind coming from scratch again because I've seen many ups and downs in my life. I've been up there, down there, and come back up again. So, everything is possible. I’m confident in myself and my work ethic. I hope this season goes really well for both me and my team," Shaw said.
With this strong start, Prithvi Shaw has not only made a statement but also put his name back in the conversation as he looks to resurrect his career one big knock at a time
